Samer has more than 25+ years of field experience in the Finance and Accounting career, Financial management, accounting systems review and programming, administration, business plans and budgeting, payroll, taxes, ERP systems, financial reporting and analysis for different multinational and global firms within various business sectors.

Samer holds a master’s in business administration (MBA) from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School) - UK.

Omar is a highly experienced HR Manager with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business, technical and organizational change. He has over 20 years of experience where he managed to plan and implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within engineering, construction, and manufacturing companies. Omar holds a Mini MBA in HR Management & Mini MBA in General Management From The Human Resource Certification Institute.

Ismail has more than 20 years’ experience in QHSE field of Oil& Gas Industry.

His expertise includes leading teams and framing and implementing QHSE policies, plans and procedures, Identify and effectively control risks related to organizational operations and coaching and training on QHSE.

Ismail holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and in Crises Management from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST) with exposure to QHSE field in both onshore and offshore including QC, QA Management, Leadership, QHSE Systems Establishment. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Quality Organization Excellence at Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST). Additionally, he has a postgraduate diploma in Applied Chemistry from Cairo University.

Khaled has over 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked for global companies such as Frank’s International [Egypt, Kenya & Ethiopia Operations], GESCO Group, Tesco, Nabors & Premiere Casing Services, specializing in TRS and Conductor Hammer Services.

He holds leadership certifications from Tesco (Dubai), safety leadership from Nabors (Dubai), operations supervision from Frank’s Europe, and hydraulic power unit , tong, and handling tools operations & maintenance, from Frank’s Egypt.

Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specializing in Sales and Business Development Management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Cairo University. He worked for Halliburton as a Completion Field Service Engineer.

Mohamed has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, construction, healthcare and power Generation in the areas of financial management and TRS operations, across various countries. He worked for global firms including Siemens, Tesco and Nabors Industries. Mohamed holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Sorbonne & Poitiers University – France.
